If you can't get it working, I think you must not have gotten a fresh install of 4.3 from the torrent or one of your addons is interfering with it. In addition, here is the link where I was able to download the right version of auctioneer: I used the free version of fraps to record it really quickly, so it had to be short, but I displayed the necessary features. Since some people were surprised to hear that I could get it working I have a video below showing that I can use the appraisal option, look at auctions, scan, and do other features including price matching and splitting up your auctions.
